Our Policies
Please note all policies are in place to provide the best care for all guests including your sweet pup(s).
- • All dogs must be leashed at all times coming into the kennel, and out of the kennel.
- • If your pup has never been boarded before we welcome you to book a day stay. Drop off during our morning time slot & picking up in our evening pick up / drop off time slot. This gives them a chance to be introduced to a boarding atmosphere. Please know I will always be open and honest with you on how they did. Their safety, and well being will always come first. If this doesn’t fit your schedule I understand.
- • It is a strict policy that if we can not get into their kennel to put a leash on them in case of an emergency that we will not be able to care for them.
- • All vaccinations including bordatella must be up to date and administered at least two weeks prior to coming in. THIS INCLUDES ALL BOOSTERS. Not being able to provide proof each stay will unfortunately result in your pup(s) being turned away. Please have them ready upon drop off. We need to keep everyone in the facility as safe as possible.
- • If your pup is not settling please know you or your emergency contact number will be notified immediately. It is my top priority to ensure your pups are receiving the best care possible.
- • Should your pup(s) become ill or injured your emergency contact will be notified
- • Raw or home made food must be pre proportioned and labeled with your pup(s) name on it.
- • If you are wanting to deworm your dog(s) please do so at least two weeks prior to coming into our care. Unfortunately we will not do it when they are in our care.
- • Please note if have your pups are not spayed or nurtured they must be in separate kennels.
- • If your dogs must be separated for feeding we ask you book separate kennels.
